I am out on $100,000 for indecency w/a child in Texas. I am innocent and have not been indicted. It has been almost two months since my arrest. I have been accepted to Medical School and need to move to attend. Of course I fully intend on appearing in court if I am ever indicted, but I must move next month to a different state. Can I do this? What are the general conditions of bond? I have not been informed of any special conditions and assume that the bond is intended to make sure I show up for court when and if needed. Please help us with your response. Thanks.
