Need help getting my license back....

I'm 17 years old and live in Virginia. I have gotten two speeding tickets and one reckless driving ticket. The first two tickets were in one county, the county I live in, and the reckless ticket was in another county. When I went to court for the reckless ticket the judge took my license away for six months, it's now 3 and a half months into it and I am about to turn 18. Is there any way I can get a restricted license after I turn 18 since I will then be considered an adult?

One can always apply for a work related permit and/or a school permit which would allow one to drive to and from work and/or school
