Texas: I received a speeding ticket about a month ago 45 in 30 small single lane road. The conditions were wet and foggy. The officer was station at a parked poistion using radar. I have already gone to court and entered a not guilty plea, and now the case set for the jury sometime in September 2001. Now my question is how do write a motion for discovery what format do I need to use. And second question is if I wanted to enter any motions is that suppose to be done at the arraingment ?
