My husband received 2 tickets in Indiana in 1984. We just received a notice that his license is suspended until he pays $10 to have it reinstated. We live in Texas and have for over 15 years. What is the statute of limitations on this?

Pay the $10 to have it reinstated. But to answer your question, statute of limitations is 7 years.
