I work for a major oilfeld servicing company in
New Mexico.
I was injured at an oil rig last August and workmans comp has chosen the doctor's that I see and now they have sent me to a doctor in another town. This doctors report came back saying that my injries were age related and that I can only perform on light duty. The thing is I never had these problems until after I was injured at work. Now they are blaming it on arthritis. Now that they say this I will only be able to get 40 hours a week ( if I'm lucky)the week that I was injured, I had 109 hours. The company may not even allow me to workanymore at all since this doctor says it is old age.I am only 57.What can I do?
