ca. i had my license suspended for not paying an old speeding ticket. a few years later i got 5 different driving without registration tickets in different counties.on the last one i was in jail for one night and released. i have fines and probally a few warrants.i was on probation after each one. i want to fix this and pay the fines hopefully without doing time. does anyone know where i should begin?
