Is it constitutionally correct for a state to take a driver license away for a non driving related offense? IE: I lost my license for an underage drinking citation I got two years ago and I am wondering if that is even aloud? I was not in, near or around a car or in any case my car. I was at a party and had no set of keys on me either. I would like to see where this would go in courts cause I had nothing to do with a car yet I lose my license.
