my employer is always late 1 or 2 days on delivering paychecks!then estimates a week in advance what we will work for the last week of the pay period, not taking into consideration overtime! any overtime will carry into the following pay period! is this legal? when i was hired i was told that paychecks are on the 1st and the 15th.
