Does anyone know what the milltary's law for statutory rape is? Is it illegal for a 16 and a 23 year old to have sex? is oral sex, sex?

nope its not illegal to have sex at the ages you mentioned but oral sex is classed as sex

For heterosexual sex, the military says 16 years of age. However, jan159 is incorrect. Depending on the state that you live in, the age could be lower or higher than 16 years. On the other hand, oral sex is sex despite what Clinton may think.
