I live in Pennsylvania. I was recently stopped for driving under the influence. The officer put me through the roadside sobriety tests, took me to the hospital for a blood sample, and then to the station. He then dropped me off at home. He told me that we would have to wait for the test results to determine if I would be charged. Is this typical of dui stops? I cooperated completely and did not give the officer a difficult time.
