New Jersey - My 13 yr old slept over a friend's house with 2 other youths. They slipped out of the house at 2:00 am and damaged the siding on a neighbor's house by throwing rocks. The individual was reimbursed by his insurance company for the repairs, but now he wants to sue for an additional amount to have the undamaged back of the house redone as well. Will he sue all the parents involved for this money? How does the law handle such an incident?
