the state is texas. a 25 year old male 1 or 2 speeding tickets was stopped and charged with dui he blew .10 he only weighs 165. what are the fines we are facing? will he be on probation if yes how long? will he do community work? will he have his lic taken away if yes how long? he never has been in any trouble just in the wrong place. also what will this do to our ins.
