I have a son that when he was sixteen a women that was 28 was sleeping with him. In the State of Tenn that is rape. She had a baby from this so this is how we proved she did sleep with him cause in a police reprt she said she nevr slept with him. Now i would like to know how do i get the state to charge her. He went to the grand jury but they no billed it. What other choices do i have left. She took him to nabraska and to north carloina. I need some advice please help me
