i live in minnesota and was arrested on my 2nd in 10 years dui. because it was my 2nd in 10, my pickup and all personal belongings in the pickup were taken. I was told i could go to small claims court,(which i am doing in two days) and sue the county to get my truck back. Is this true and what chances do I have of getting this done in my favor.
