Statute of limitation

I got stopped in MD in 1992 for speeding and was issued summons to appear in court for driving with a suspended NY State License (8 suspension instances). I failed to appeared for lack of money to take the trip back and pay the fines. A bench warrant was probably issued but never enforced, other than preventing renewal of my NY State license. All NY State suspensions under my name have since been resolved. What is the statute of limitation for this in the State of Maryland? How do I go about clearing this?
