I just started working for this company.
I will be turning in a time sheet for the last two weeks for 155 hours. I'm told they do not pay over time- now I was told they are decreasing the amount of pay by $3.00 an hour. Is this ok for an employer to do? Isn't overtime for an hourly person manditory?
I was told by a co-worker then confronted my suppervisor- she agreed. I was given a salary amount when I applied and got the job, now they say they don't do that anymore. Do I have any claim?
