have secured an attorney in montgomery county texas for 2 class b misdemeanor violations in same locale. no longer employed related to offenses and have no more money. court date 7/31attorney wants rest of money and says he wont ask for a continue until paid. do i go to court and go back to jail because of no money? can i get public defense? dont know what or where to go please help???
