Received a New Jersey speeding ticket from a police officer who was in his parked (engine off) cruiser. I was headed Northbound and came "face-to-face" with him because he was facing South, but at the Northbound curb. He was facing oncoming traffic and his car was opposing Northbound traffic. I always thought it was illegal to be parked facing the wrong way. Can the ticket be dismissed if this point is brought to the attention of the court since he would have technically obtained the radar reading illegally. Thanks
