is it possible to file charges for sexual harrassment against my previous employer if it's been 18 months ago. it was at a car dealership in mandeville la and i was constantly asked for sexual favors from the owner, 2 finance managers, service manager and several salesman. this company is charging me w/theft over 500 after all this time so i want to know can i now file charges?
