My husband was arrested for dwi (his 2nd) in 1995. he was told he had to go to classes. long story short--he skipped the classes, didn't go to see his probation officer and they ended up putting out a warrant for his arrest. This happened in nassau county, new york. I am wondering if there is a statue of limitations on this since his green card is up next year and needs to be renewed. i would appreciate any help. thanks.
