i have a friend who has a brother that is a bookie. my friend allows his brother to keep a safe in his home. my friend does not know what is in the safe however one can infer it is probably money or incriminating documents. his brother visits his house every day. would my friend's house be the subject of a search warrant? would my friend be considered to be aiding and abetting a felony? what crimes would you suppose he could be convicted of (if any)? any consequential scenarios you could describe would be greatly appreciated. massachusetts
