I made some personal charges on a company credit card i am willing to pay but cant pay in full now what can my ex employer do is this criminal or civil we are talking about $650.00 in charges. I was authorized to use this card while i worked there and all charges were made while i was employed. What can be done to me? I also have a dispute over my last paycheck but i believe that is a seperate issue. This is in Illinois
