crime occurred in tn. need information to help me investigate what really happened. how do i obtain a copy of the crime scene report? i don't know where to turn because my mother said there was no report to look at. all we have is an autopsy report that claims there was a single gunshot wound to the head and a severed spinal cord. can a gunshot wound to the head just above the ear exiting the opposite side of the head above the ear sever one's spinal cord? I need some advice. invesitgator at the time said he would contact my mother but that has been seven years ago. she is still waiting and has no idea.
