Illinois.... I was involved in a work related auto accident on march 31 2001. A car ran a stop sign and broad sided me on the passenger side. The impact fully tore my right shoulder rotator cuff. I had surgery on May 7th off work only a month and back to light duty. My question is with workers comp. What is a fair and reasonable settlement with WC? I,ve had several people tell me different settlements that vary greatly. Is there a site somewhere that might show various settlements in ILL for this type of injury, also wil WC pay for pain and suffering. Thanks Jmiles
