Here's the deal. A assistant varsity hockey coach was dismissed from his posistion about 5 months ago. At that time he thought it was necessary to bring up some allegations against the coach he was with. These allegations are:
1. Verbal Hazing (calling his players bitches, sory about the language)
2. Drinking with his players
3. Physically assaulting one of his players.
Know it is my understanding that allegations like this have to be brought up immediately to a supervisor or that person is considered an accessory and is just as accountable as the person who he is turning in. This individual did not report any of these incidents to supervisors and he only reported these incidents after he was dismissed from his position as assitant coach. Can this coach be prosecuted for not coming forth with this information immediately or not. Thank you for your time.
