One quick question, there is a girl at work who keeps telling me that i am talking about her which is untrue. She has said that she got a lawyer and is going to sue me for slander. She has called my home and made a personal threat on my answering machine. Is there anyway I can use this against her IF she really does file the lawsuit?? Any help would be great!

Two Different Cases

Whether your slandered or not does not depend upon whether she threatened you. These are two seperate cases. If it is a personal threat, then she is assulting you, thus you would have to take up that case seperately.
