dui

pa, pulled over dui. failed test, taken to hospital for blood test,now wondering if i have not received summons in 30 days of arrest if the dui is still valid?

My husband got a DUI in the state of Kansas and was given a blood test. We waited and waited for something to happen. Then we found out that the blood test is sent to the KBI (Kansas bureau of investigations) and it just takes awhile for them to get done with it. Maybe this is what happened to you. Maybe all of your stuff was sent to the bureau of investigations in your state and they have not finished doing what ever it is they do.
