Need legal advice on how can I ask the bank to pay for my bills after they say that I wrote a check and I didn't write the check their saying I did.

The first thing is to ask for a copy of the check. Then if they do not have it, they should credit your account. If they do have it, check to see if it is your signature on it. If it is not, tell them it is not, and they should credit your account.

If there is no check or if there is but you did not sign it, and they do not credit your account, then you can sue them in small claims court.
