Failure to Stop Violation

The officier feels that I did not stop when I did stop. I have no problem with getting a ticket if I did something wrong but I didn't. I am being told to just pay and shut up but this is 3 points.
Do I have any chance?

It was at a four way stop - close to school but no school zone. I had just pulled away from my daycare. I take this route four times a day. Even my children are asking why a ticket as they even said I stopped. I have a clean record not even a warning.

Provide more details. WHERE did the alleged violation occur ie. traffic light intersection, stop sign, school zone, passing school bus, signed by police officer etc.
