Voiding irrevocable trust. Utah. Can a court Void a irrevocable trust? The property(real estate) in the trust was bought during the marriage. I was the sole owner of the deed. My wife was not on the deed. Her lawyer says that because it was bought during the marriage that the property is to be joint tenants. The lawyer wants a judge to void the trust and place the property in a joint ownership warranty deed. Can this happen?
