How do my wife and I title our home in Arizona so that she inherits it entirely, protecting her from my adult children from previous marriage?

Either hold the title in joint tenancy with right of survivorship, or as community property with right of survivorship. In either case, the property will go to the surviving spouse at the death of the other spouse.

Also, as an added precaution, draw up a will, leaving your home to your spouse and specifically name the adult children and give them each $1.00.
