Dancing At A Red Light????

I am from New Jersey. My friends and I like to drive around, and at red lights, one of us gets out of the caravan, using a sliding door, and starts to dance in front of, or ot the side of the car. We never come in contact with other cars, and are always ready to go before the light turns green. Can anyone help???

Drive to a dance club instead.

Is this illegal??????

Yes it is. The driver and all passengers are required to be seated with seat belts on anytime the vehicle is on a public roadway. That would be tough to do while dancing.
