I have a Right to Sue Letter from the Missouri Commission on Human Rights. I am, also, expecting a Right to Sue Letter from EEOC. The letters are issued to me because I was discriminated against by the Curators at the University of Missouri - St. Louis. Can I take the case into state/federal court myself or do I need a lawyer. If I need a lawyer, what type of lawyer should I be looking for. Additionally, how much influence/weight does a Right to Sue Letter/Notice have?
