photo radar ticket sent to registered owner of car, not driver (teenage son!!). told to disregard as there is no proof of receiving ticket and it is for some one else. can I do that, also do I have to turn in my son if I state it isn't me?? thanks for your help

you don't owe an affirmative duty to rat out the driver. you just show it wasn't you.
