FYI check out www.photobuster.com they sell license plate covers that they claim defeat both.

those don't really work. i work with the makers of the cameras. I have seen how they fade after time.

The ad says these products are GUARANTEED to defeat laser and camera tickets. It further states that "the laser shield WILL NOT YELLOW".

These are illegal in most states. In my state it is a $171 fine and if you cannot remove the cover in the presence of the officer, he can have your car towed.
