I have recently been told that a will in the state of Ohio must have a resident of the state of Ohio as the executor. How can I verify this? Any help is appreciated. Thank you, Lila

I just read your post and I wondered the same exact question!!!!! My brother is an executor of my parent's will and they said you have to live in Ohio to be executor. I wanted to be a co-executor and have been looking for the same answer. I will be watching to see if anyone has the answer.
