my fiancee is currently incarcerated in arizona state prison and i am not approved for visitation. i am wondering how we should proceed with our marriage. is it possible for us to become legally married telephonically or through the mail? thank you to anyone who can help me with this predicament.

Please tell me that you have thought about this marriage carefully.

Not all incarcerated people are bad, but most of them make crummy spouses, for a variety of reasons that I'm sure you can well imagine.

Do yourself a favor and at least until he gets out before you tie the knot.
