my daughter was p/u for dwi in wi, she was away at college. she blew a .19, not only legally drunk, she's also under age. we can't afford a lawyer, as i said she's in college. i'm going to be in court with her, which is 10/3, i understand this is not much time for help. but i need to know what we should do. i think we should be truthful & put ourselfs at the mercy of the judge. she has a 3.9 gpa, worked almost full time in high school, worked full time for a yr to save money for college, she's a good kid, i'm hoping the judge will help us if he knows we dont have a lawyer. please help me with the basics of court procedures.
