i live in Illinois!!! My situation is I just found out my wife was unfaithfull to me the last 10 weeks with 2 different guys!! my question is we have a child together and i want to know if i could get full custody or joint custody or what?? i know i don't want to take my daughter away from my wife but i am curios also about the difference?? Also who has to pay child support if anyone because neither one of us want to do that??one more thing can we do this ourselves or do we both need an attorney or maybe can we use the same attorney?????
