I got a DUI.... they waited an hour and half to breathalizer me... My lawyer gave me bad advice and incorrect information. I could have just taken a misdemator. the legal level changed, since I had my DUI.. My lawyer calls me today and says he has lost an appeal , so I am guilty. Is there anything I can do. My record has been fine. I wasnt even drunk. I have 2 bears and a shot. I threw up in my mouth right after my accident. No one saw me in the car, and I had a concusion with no medical assistance. The guy that stopped to help me said he couldnt smell anything. I just was leaning over to grab something that fell over and swirved my car off the road.. it was a single car wreck..no one was hurt, except for me. PLEASE SOMEONE help, do I have any thing I can do ?
