DUI Question

I recently was cited for a DUI in Georgia and was pulled over for a roadblock (no reason cited to stop me and not asked for license or Insurance) told to pull over to side for test. I failed 2/3 and blew .13. This is my 1st offense and has not had so much as a ticket in 5 yrs. My question is do I get a lawyer or since I am guilty and failed the test, there's not much a lawyer can do except for plead me guilty anyways?? I might plead NOLO..

Should I waste 3-5,000 on a lawyer or just plead myself?
