i'm from missouri. i've been separated form my husband for almost 3 yrs and going through a divorce for almost 2 yrs. visitations set up, along with child support. nothing has been filed except for divorce, he's not fighting for custody or anything. why am i not divorced yet. how can i get my attorney to get on the ball and get me a court date???
