Live in New York State.
Married one year
Signed a prenup agreement and my name was placed on the deed of my husbands home.
I am a homemaker and therefore do not work.
Husband's salary is marital income!

Question. If my husband refinances the home and takes the equity out and uses it for investment purposes, should the investment account be set up as "jointly owned" since it is something he might decide to do as we are married and the marital income will be used to pay for the new mortgage?

Thank you.
