20 minute lunch in parochial school?

My daughter is in 4th grade in non-public education. She is permitted 15 min for lunch and 5 min for play. (On one block, that is--no other recess outside is permitted.)

In PA, are there any laws governing this practice?

Lessenberry is not a man) raising a stink, are there actually any laws regulating public schools (where I teach) that govern parochial schools.
