My daughter is in 4th grade in non-public education. She is permitted 15 min for lunch and 5 min for play. (On one block, that is--no other recess outside is permitted.)

In PA, are there any laws governing this practice?

Glad to be playing with you again, HG. But all seriousness aside (to quote the late great Steve Allen), other than being a loud, pushy mother (surprise, surprise! D. D. Lessenberry is not a man) raising a stink, are there actually any laws regulating public schools (where I teach) that govern parochial schools.

Pennsylvania Don't want IAAL telling me to look up at that red writing!
