I have a small business in Oklahoma it is a one person custom leather shop. I will never have any employees. But because I do repair work on rodeo gear and saddles, if something I repaired breaks and the rider gets hurt, that if I was a corporation I couldn't be sued and lose my home or what is put away for retirement. I do carry a 150,000 dollar liability insurance policy. Thanks
