i have a protective order against me regarding false allegations, from a report that i sexually abuse my daughter.
last summer another daughter of mine had a visit
with the daughter(half) sister) whom the allegations regard and her mother(my ex)!, the visit included my mother who is the other grandmother.
i have written a letter to the other grandparents, it is a letter regarding my side of the issues and facts defending my being innocent
of the false allegations and lies told by their daughter(my ex), and other info into ex's prior allegations against her half brother and a uncle
that she was abused from age of 3-4 til she was 17
plus other allegations involving other sisters.
as long as it is not a threatening letter
and content is regarding only provable facts, could i be accused of harassment?
the child doesn't live with the grandparents
and are about ten miles apart.
it is in the best interest of a child!
my daughter! thanx
respectfully
