Ex-wife has a couple of personal items that she is now refusing to let me pick up. She says either I pay her for them or she will sell them. Originally she agreed for me to pick them up on 10/16, but now she says I cannot have them unless I pay for them. Divorce settlement agreement clearly states that she has given up all interest in these items as they are my personal belongings. I told her I would get an officer of her County to come with me tomorrow to pick up my things. Can she do what she is doing?
