Hi, I'm Hiro Masunari from Japan.

One of my customer (a beauty salon) is starting their business in NY and would like to use and sell my product (cosmetics produced in Japan plant) @ their salon in NY.

Are there any local or federal regulation about imported cosmetic products which I need to know before shipping out the products?
