Can a bank take a loan payment out of your account without authorization, even though they've been told repeatedly NOT to do so?

I am a law school graduate. What I offer is mere information, not to be construed as forming an attorney client relationship.

No, unless you specifically authorized this, the BANK CANNOT DO IT. They are responsible for your money and you should be entitled to have this money back in your account plus any applicable interest fees.

Contact a business attorney ASAP to have this expedited quickly. You would be surprised how far attorney letters go.
