pension deffered savings

california i would like to know how to find out what kind of pension plan my husband has and the other deffered savings and such that he has. his employeer will not give me any information except that he does not have any such plans. i know for a fact that he does. hes been there for 26 years. the owner of the corp is like a second father to this guy and the payroll clerk is his live in girlfriend.
